Big Hammer Inc. Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and are happy to assist you with the return or exchange of Big Hammer merchandise. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must unused/unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Only regular priced items are eligible for returns or exchanges. All discounted, discontinued, special order, and pre-ordered items are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In the case that a regular priced item becomes discounted or discontinued, only size exchanges for the same design will be accepted.
PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO EXPEDITE THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS:
1. Email us with a return request to customersupport@bighammerinc.com. Please let us know what you are returning and the reason, and upon approval we will issue you a PRE-PAID return shipping label via email (within Hawaii and the continental US).
2. If you are shipping from other countries (other than US), you will be responsible for shipping costs via UPS or Fed Ex. If you choose to return via USPS, please pay for a tracking confirmation, so that we can follow the status of the shipment.
3. Repackage your return in the original box or a similar packaging and affix the PRE-PAID return label to the package. Please be sure to make sure the label is clearly visible and unobstructed.
4. All products must be returned unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our return policy.

6. We will email you upon receipt of your return and will then process your refund or exchange. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.
